Ask for the alpha
Stavia runs in internal alpha on macOS and Windows. Outside testing has not opened yet. The first groups will be small, and they are put together by hand rather than by order of arrival.
The beta is planned for the third quarter of 2027. Anyone who has written in hears about it before it is announced anywhere else.
What to put in the message
- What you score, and to what deadline
- The sample libraries and templates you work with
- Which notation program you open a score in, if any
- The machine you would run it on, and how much memory it has
Those four lines are enough for the team to tell you whether the alpha would be any use to you yet, and which of your libraries are already mapped.
Discord
Questions about the design, the roadmap and the expression maps are answered on the server. Release notes are posted there first.
Press and partnerships
If you are a publisher, a library developer or an institution asking about integration or a pilot, say so in the first line. The message goes to the right person rather than into the general queue.
